Wills

willIf you are interested in drafting a will, which is a document that instructs how your estate is to be handled upon your death, the experienced attorneys of Notaro & Associates, P.C. are able to help.

A will may contain many things, including provisions for guardianship of minor children as well as establishing a trust for your estate.

To create a will, an individual must be at least 18 years of age or older and of sound mind. The will must be in writing and signed by the party for whom the will was created. In order to make the administrative process easier, it is the practice of Notaro & Associates, P.C. to have the signature of witnesses on every will as well as have the document notarized.

If you are interested in creating a will or would like to discuss your options, the talented Pittsburgh lawyers of Notaro & Associates, P.C. can guide you through the process.
